I see the file complete it goes from incomplete in the transmission folder to complete but never removes it from transmission and says complete seeding and stays in the complete folder isnt it suppose to move it to the tv folder?

it is supposed to move it like you think.

are you using my blog steps? if so, the torrentToMedia script does all of this post processing. maybe there's an error when it's run or there's a bug with it+sickrage right now. (I think someone else said there was a bug recently)

@Biggeek Didn't you say something about SickRage + nzbToMedia + Transmission not working right now?

Hi, about headphones, if someone had same problem as me.

I had to set verify_ssl to 0 in config.ini. now it works.

I link unrar to /usr/local/bin/unrar
make sure you can execute that

there's no setting in Sab, unrar just needs to be available in the system path. by link I mean I symbolically link it, sounds like it was deleted, possibly from uninstalling CP, from the same jail, which also links that binary.
to fix this run..
Code:
ln -s /usr/pbi/sabnzbd-amd64/bin/unrar /usr/local/bin

this uninstalling issue is something the =<9.X PBI system has but is fixed in the 10.X+

Any advice about updating these plugins? I have sickbeard, couchpotato, sabnzbd, and headphones running in separate jails since fn8.3 (because I wanted to try them before the guide to putting them all in 1 jail was available). After upgrading fn to 9.3, I made snapshot of each jail then tried upgrading the plugin to the 9.3 version. Somehow I lost all the configuration at that point. So, I restored the snapshot for each jail. Now all of them seem to be running fine but the freeNAS gui thinks they are version 9.3 of the plugins.

Anyone know if it's advisable to try to update the plugins by command lines in the jails in this situation, how to do that, and, what would be a way to save the configuration? I don't know how to get files out of the jails... Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated!

I suggest you just reinstall a second instance of latest versions of all those plugins, either in the same jail or separate (your preference). You can them just copy the data-directories over.

They used to be in /usr/pbi/PLUGIN-amd64/etc/PLUGIN or /var/db/PLUGIN
They are now always in /var/db/PLUGIN

That worked very well! Thanks for the cliffs notes--I didn't know you could copy the whole data-directories. Worked like a champ. One rub: for Headphones, I had to edit the .ini file to get the plugin to start on freenas because the .ini contains the location of the PLUGIN directory in several places in the .ini file, which was /usr/pbi/headphones-amd64/etc/headphones , so no longer there. I changed the paths then it started fine.

So I finaly got around to couch potato and need some help. I search for a show it finds it puts in sabnxdb it downloads it but then it goes to history with just down arrow and a clock never goes into cp program. If I go look in the complete folder I see the folder and ton of files its like its not putting them together when is done. Any ideas? doesnt look like the script ran is there a way to force it?

hmm, does the sabnzbd log have any clues?
if it's a bunch of small rars that means the download was never processed (put back into it's original form), this is usually cause the download failed if your usenet server no longer has all the pieces, or too many of them are corrupted.
no "script" you set does this, processing is done by sabnzbd.

can you try a recent file and see of it processes correctly?

I did see the below the rest is very hard to read but here is the download try. All 5 different shows looks to not processed but if I go into the complete folder I can urar them into the movie. So not processing is my guess. What do you mean by "no "script" you set does this, processing is done by sabnzbd" where do I look for that? I do run all these inside one jail not sure if that makes a difference or if I need them in seperate ones would make a difference. Added a screen of what sab looks like after it downloads.

what I mean is the processing is done by sabnzbd, it calls unrar and par2 to do it's best to unpack the download for you.
it should be fine they run in the same jail, that's how I do it.

nzbToMedia or whatever other scripts are actually during post-processing (moving, renaming, grabbing metadata, notifying)

can you try running 'unrar' in the jail to make sure it doesn't show an error. I think you can use 'unrar -e download.rar' and see if you can unpack a download using the jails tools. but, this is supposed to be done automatically by sabnzbd.

unrar inside the jail worked. I tried another file it download look to ran the script and then deleted it and went and downloaded it in transmission. Is that normal? Also why is it not moving the ones out of transmission?

I am using the newest freenas and the updated plugins if that makes helps
