HDD Identifiers following reboot

For anyone following this thread, we've been having some offline discussion and I've tuned-up the disk temp logging script, which is now available here:

It allows for both influx v1 and v2+ DBs and handles NVME, SSD, HDD, including some SAS (happy to have smartctl -a output of any disk that doesn't work to fix that). It allows you to put in substitution lines to swap each serial number for something more meaningful, but in either case, is no longer tricked by a change of disk identifier, so stats stick to the same identifier as long as you're running it.
