UPS will connect and disconnect.

My UPS is PowerCom VGuard-1000 with usb port.
When I connect to freenas 9.2.1.7 is will show connect.
But it's will show disconnect after 2 second.
What is this problem?
My motherboard is H97M-D3H.

If you'd read the stickies, you'd know the answer, with all the details and justifications.

In any case, is that model supported? Is it listed in NUT's compatibility list? I don't think I've ever seen that model.

I make sure this ups connect normal on freenas with serial port.I change motherboard and it's not have serial port.So,I only use usb connect to freenas.

Which version of FreeNAS? Does this UPS show up as supported on the NUT HCL?
