how to install freenas onto 2 usb sticks that are mirrored.

I have two usb sticks that will be inside my new server. I want to have the freenas OS installed on them and mirrored so if one gets damaged the system can still work. how can i do this?

You can do it during initial install or you can add the second USB drive from within the Web GUI.
