Can't connect graylog webui.

Hello,
I install graylog plugins.It's install finish.And show IP address and port.But it's can't connect this url.I see error like follow:
IP_DROP_MEMBERSHIP failed: Can't assign requested address

I use NAT or DHCP have the same error.
